Installation Instructions:

1. Foundation Preparation:

• Mark installation points according to layout plans

• Dig holes (typically 300×300×400mm) for posts

• Pour concrete foundation (C20 grade recommended)

2. Post Installation:

• Set posts vertically in concrete foundations

• Use level to ensure perfect alignment

• Allow 24-48 hours for concrete to cure

3. Rail Assembly:

• Connect rails to posts using provided 40mm×40mm flanges

• Secure with anti-tamper tek screws (torque to 15-20Nm)

• For curved sections, use flexible connectors (sold separately)

4. Gate Installation:

• Mount hinges to designated posts

• Install drop bolts and striker plates

• Adjust ball-bearing hinges for smooth operation

5. Final Inspection:

• Check all connections for tightness

• Verify gate alignment and smooth operation

• Apply touch-up paint if needed
