Hard Busbar Fittings

Hard busbar fittings are essential components used for securing hard busbars in various applications, particularly in outdoor environments.

Outdoor Rectangular Busbar Fixed Fittings

Design:

Fixed fittings for outdoor rectangular busbars are typically composed of a base plate made from steel, an aluminum alloy cover plate, and fasteners, forming a frame-like structure.

The cover plate is made from a special alloy to eliminate hysteresis losses.

Vertical Mounting:

Vertical outdoor rectangular busbar fixed fittings feature two aluminum alloy clamping plates that secure the busbar. These fittings also help eliminate hysteresis losses.

Alternative Designs:

In addition to the standard rectangular busbar fixed fittings, there are vertical mounting options made with a steel plate base, two long bolts, and an aluminum alloy cover plate. This design improves rigidity by reducing the gap between the busbar and the bolts, and it is fitted with seamless steel pipes.

Indoor and Outdoor Variants:

Vertical fixed fittings are available in both indoor and outdoor versions to suit different environmental conditions.
